Here’s the uncomfortable truth nobody says out loud: the local job market is overcrowded, slow, and broken for youth, especially if you’re in a township or rural area.
Waiting longer won’t fix it.
Another learnership or internship won’t fix it.
What changes everything is access.
Access to global platforms.
Access to remote roles.
Access to clients who don’t care where you live, only what you can deliver.
In our last remote jobs challenge, we worked with young people who knew absolutely nothing about remote work.

The shift is simple but powerful: stop competing locally where demand is low.
Start positioning globally where demand is real.
