These roles are mostly remote, with in-person engagement only when necessary.
It’s a 3-month incubation period starting immediately, with strong performance expectations and real potential for long-term work.

THESE ARE THE OPEN ROLES
Copywriters / Online Writers (5 Positions)
Outcome Focus: Daily high-impact content that educates, activates, and converts.
You will:
Write newsletters, blog articles, and long/short-form content
Translate youth development and digital economy ideas into clear, compelling messaging
Drive engagement, click-throughs, and audience growth
Support positioning Vonage as a serious youth-development solutions company
Write with clarity, conviction, and purpose.
Sales & Marketing Lead (1 Position)
Outcome Focus: Revenue growth and pipeline development.
You will:
Build and manage sales funnels
Convert leads into paying clients
Identify partnerships and monetisation opportunities
Develop simple, high-performing marketing systems
Drive revenue, manage campaigns, and expand our market footprint with aggressive, data-driven strategies.
This role suits someone who understands consumer psychology, digital funnels, and how to move people from interest to action.
If you love revenue targets, this is for you.
Project Coordinator / Implementor (x1)
Outcome Focus: Execution discipline and delivery.
You will:
Coordinate internal workflows
Track deadlines and deliverables
Ensure programmes launch on time
Keep teams accountable
We need someone organised, structured, and solutions-driven, not reactive or overwhelmed. High standards of operational excellence are a must.
Virtual Assistant (1 Position)
Outcome Focus: Operational efficiency and leadership support.
You will:
Support executive scheduling and communication
Manage documents, follow-ups, and digital admin
Maintain order across multiple moving parts
Improve internal systems and workflow
If you’re detail-obsessed, proactive, and reliable, this role can grow with you.
